How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go, but if you've decided to delete your Stingle Photos account, please follow the steps below to ensure that your data is completely removed from our servers. Remember, once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover any photos or data associated with it.

Step 1: Access the Delete Account Feature

To begin the process of deleting your account:

1. Open the Stingle Photos app on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner of the main screen.
3. Scroll down and select Account.
4. Tap on Delete Account.

Step 2: Confirm Your Account Deletion

You will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete your account. If you are sure, proceed by entering your account password and tapping the Delete Account button. This is to ensure that the account deletion request is made by the rightful owner of the account.

Step 3: Final Steps

After you have confirmed, your account will be marked for deletion. It may take up to 5 hours for all data to be permanently erased from our servers. During this period, you will not be able to access your account.
